Organization Values

The Centre fulfills its mission by:
1. Practicing an integrated triad of academic training, useful and productive work, and service to others in the community;

2. Preparing employees for excellence in service, leadership, and meaningful lifelong work and learning;

3. Nurturing a small residential community where the children, parents and staff attain personal relationships and collaborate in the governance of the Centre;

4. Establishing a home based comprehensive educational module for children with autism spectrum disorders;

5. Starting an early intervention program to include children in main stream schools;

6. Providing therapy of reasonable cost adequate for parents with limited resources, thus giving a chance for all children to achieve proper education and training;

7. Empowering local women and housewives to be part of our volunteer program by helping parents with special needs children;

8. Offering an employee program that:
- enables therapists to think critically, obtain and evaluate information effectively, and communicate clearly;
- introduces therapists to a variety of treatments that can be acquired and used in treating special needs children;
- provides therapists with opportunities to develop a breadth of understanding and make connections among areas considered critical;
- requires that therapists demonstrate a depth of understanding through competence;
- furnishes therapists with opportunities and resources to understand and appreciate a variety of cultures;
- assists therapists in developing awareness of the environment, the commonality of human problems, and the diversity of the world;

- guides therapists in examining their lives and articulating their beliefs and values;
- provides therapists with opportunities for personal, physical, moral, and spiritual development;
